These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the yc66 platform. By registering or using any part of yc66, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and yc66 ("yc66", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the yc66 website and all services, products, games and features offered through it. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and anyone who otherwise accesses or uses the yc66 platform in Bangladesh or from any other jurisdiction where the platform is accessible.

1. Eligibility and Age Verification
You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use any services offered by yc66. By creating an account you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. yc66 takes the protection of minors very seriously. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, any winnings will be forfeited and any deposited funds may be retained pending an investigation.
yc66 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time. This process — commonly referred to as KYC — may require you to submit a copy of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address and proof of ownership of any payment method used on your account. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable time period may result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until the verification process is completed.
It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using yc66 is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform. yc66 makes no representation that use of the platform is lawful in all jurisdictions. You agree that yc66 shall bear no liability for any legal consequences you face arising from your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited.
2. Account Registration and Security
To access the full range of services offered by yc66, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete and current information. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of the details you have provided change.
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active yc66 account. If it is established that a player holds more than one account — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, the same IP address, or any combination of identifying factors — yc66 reserves the right to close all such accounts and to void any balances, bonuses or winnings associated with them, without prior notice.
You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your yc66 account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. You agree to notify yc66 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account. yc66 shall not be held liable for any losses sustained by you arising from the unauthorised use of your account credentials, whether or not you were aware of such use.
You may request the closure of your yc66 account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any outstanding balance in your yc66 BDT wallet will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Accounts subject to an active investigation cannot be closed until the investigation is concluded.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the yc66 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). yc66 does not accept payments in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is offered or facilitated by the platform. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their chosen payment provider in connection with transactions on yc66.
The minimum deposit amount on yc66 is ৳200 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day and are subject to the limits set by your chosen payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay) as well as any account-level limits set by yc66 as part of the KYC verification process. yc66 reserves the right to change deposit limits at any time without prior notice.
Withdrawal requests on yc66 are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. yc66 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and on the status of any pending KYC verification. yc66 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending the completion of identity verification or a fraud investigation. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any associated processing requirements will be communicated within the platform.
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. yc66 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts after this period. Players will be notified by the contact details on file before any inactivity fee is applied. The inactivity fee will not reduce a balance below zero. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by contacting customer support.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
yc66 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer and to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. Bonuses are offered at the sole discretion of yc66 and may be changed, withdrawn or replaced at any time without prior notice.
All bonuses credited to a yc66 account are subject to wagering requirements unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise. Wagering requirements specify the total amount of real-money betting activity required before any bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering requirement and the games that contribute towards clearing it will be specified in the individual promotion's terms. It is the player's responsibility to review and understand the wagering requirements applicable to any bonus before accepting it.
yc66 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, collusion, and fraudulent activity. Any player found to be exploiting bonuses in a manner inconsistent with normal player behaviour — including but not limited to coordinated wagering, arbitrage betting, or the use of software to gain an unfair advantage — will have their account suspended, their bonuses and associated winnings voided, and may be permanently banned from the platform. yc66's determination in matters of bonus abuse is final.
5. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the yc66 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, referral to the relevant authorities.
Placing bets with prior knowledge of a fixed or manipulated sporting outcome, or conspiring with any party to fix the result of any event offered on yc66, is absolutely prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence.
The use of bots, scripts, automated software, artificial intelligence tools or any other mechanism designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to card-counting software, predictive betting algorithms and automated click tools.
yc66 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. Any deposits made on the platform must represent funds that are legitimately owned by the account holder. yc66 reserves the right to report suspicious transaction patterns to the relevant authorities and to freeze account funds pending investigation.
Registering an account using false identity information, impersonating another person, or providing fraudulent documents as part of the KYC process is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate permanent account closure with forfeiture of all balances.
yc66 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether any conduct constitutes a violation of these prohibited conduct provisions. Such determinations are final and binding. Players who believe a determination has been made in error may appeal by contacting customer support at [email protected], but the final decision rests with yc66.
6. Responsible Gaming
yc66 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity. All players are encouraged to use these tools proactively rather than waiting until a problem develops.
Players may set deposit limits, session time limits and loss limits through their yc66 account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before the increase is applied. Requests to reduce a limit take effect immediately with no delay.
Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period through the yc66 Responsible Gaming page or by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion periods are available from 30 days up to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and no new account registrations will be accepted from that individual. yc66 will take all reasonable steps to enforce the self-exclusion but cannot guarantee prevention of access in all circumstances.
7. Intellectual Property
All content available on the yc66 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and the overall design and structure of the platform — is the intellectual property of yc66 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. No portion of the yc66 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, adapted, transmitted, displayed, performed or otherwise exploited for any purpose without the express prior written consent of yc66.
The yc66 brand name, logo and all associated marks are trademarks of yc66. Unauthorised use of any yc66 trademark, whether in connection with a competing service, in a manner likely to cause confusion, or in any other context not expressly authorised by yc66 in writing, is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, yc66 excludes all liability for losses of any kind arising from or in connection with your use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits yc66's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
yc66 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, error-free or uninterrupted. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability. yc66 accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, network failures or any interruption to the availability of the platform or any game on it.
yc66 integrates with third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay to facilitate BDT transactions. yc66 is not responsible for any errors, delays, failures or losses arising from the operation of these third-party services. Any disputes relating to a payment provider's service must be directed to that provider directly in the first instance.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
yc66 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if yc66 has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the player has violated any provision of these Terms; (b) the player has provided false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process; (c) the player's account has been involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other illegal conduct; (d) the security or integrity of the platform may be at risk; or (e) continuing to operate the account would otherwise expose yc66 to regulatory, legal or reputational risk.
Upon account termination by yc66 for cause, any remaining balance in a player's BDT wallet will be reviewed. Where the account closure is due to confirmed fraudulent activity or a material breach of these Terms, yc66 reserves the right to withhold the full balance. Where closure is for other reasons, yc66 will make reasonable efforts to return any legitimately deposited funds to the player's registered payment method, after deducting any applicable charges. Players may appeal a termination decision by contacting [email protected] within 14 days of receiving notification of the closure.
10. Amendments to These Terms
yc66 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with the updated "Last Updated" date shown at the top of the Terms. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a player — yc66 will endeavour to provide advance notice via the contact details registered to your account. However, it is your responsibility to check this page periodically and to remain aware of the current Terms.
Your continued use of the yc66 platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the platform and, if you wish, request the closure of your account by contacting our support team. The version of these Terms in force at the time of any dispute shall be the version applicable to that dispute.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the yc66 platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting yc66 customer support at [email protected]. yc66 will make reasonable efforts to resolve any such dispute within 30 days of receiving your written complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within the timeframe stated above, yc66 and the player agree to submit to a binding dispute resolution process. yc66's decision following the completion of that process shall be final. These Terms do not limit any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law, and nothing in this clause prevents you from seeking relief through the courts of competent jurisdiction.
